All products sold through this store are digital downloads. Because digital items cannot be physically returned, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been delivered or accessed.

Download Issues

 

If you experience technical issues with your download (such as a corrupted file or download failure), we are happy to help.

To request assistance, please email [ana@aislenotes.com] within 7 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Verifiable proof of the error, such as a screenshot or screen recording showing the download problem

Once the issue has been verified, we will either:

  • Provide a new download link, or
  • Send the file directly via email

All digital products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or reproduction of the files is strictly prohibited.
